CISD is a supportive onsite response aimed at reducing distress, understanding trauma reactions, and restoring performance in the workplace. CISD helps staff and organizations prepare for, manage and cope, during and after a critical incident. Our CISD specialists provide practical information to normalize reactions to a critical incident and facilitate recovery. The direct relationship we have with our providers equips and prepares us to be more responsive than a traditional EAP. We can deploy within a moment's notice.
